Champions of
Change© Youth Curriculum
Champions of Change is a hands on guided action-learning program
developed to assist youth to become skilled in understanding, experiencing and
creating change. The goal of the project is for young people to learn a
supportive and resilient way of experiencing change and a collaborative model
for making change happen in their lives.

Through highly interactive and participative experiences they learn
skills that will empower them to create positive changes in their own lives.
Because this program stresses a balanced approach to change, both left and
right brain learning experiences are incorporated.
The arts in
all forms are a strong component of both the learning process and the projects
that are developed by participants. As a final component of the program,
participants work together to create and implement a project that creates
positive change within their own community.
