FEAR LESS

Whether in our business or personal lives, we often find the enemy
that keeps us from achieving our goals lives within. FEAR. Fear disguises
itself in many voices: the voice of logic, the voice of reason, the voice of
practicality, protection or just plain procrastination. Scratch the surface and
there it sits - our FEAR. Fear is powerful because it causes us to switch the
energy polarity in our bodies. When this happens, we end up bringing the
OPPOSITE of what we are looking for into our lives. We actually ATTRACT to us
the very thing we fear.

Journey
to Your Chrysalis: the Art of 'Hanging In'

Things seem to be falling apart and you can's figure out where to go
from here. We are like the 'almost butterfly' no longer a caterpillar, not yet
a butterfly. Creating something new requires that we let go of what IS in order
to get to what will be. To do that we need to learn now to make a safe
chrysalis ,a nurturing space and support system. We mustourselves to
trust, and act from the inside out We follow our instincts. We must hang by a
thread,, seemingly at the mercy of the winds of change and while we are feeling
totally in the dark and vulnerable.. Learn how to hang in while you're hanging
out. Learn the power of creatively trusting and hanging out. Let go so you can
come together in a wholly new way.

Chakras
Intensive: Creating Your Personal Chakra Healing Grail
|
In this fun and educational ten week Chakra Intensive, you will
journey step-by-step through the energies and powers within your own chakras.
You will examine and explore your own energy patterns and capture findings on
worksheets that you will then use to create your own chakra grail of papier
mache. Through this intensive, you will be given the opportunity to heal your
present and past experiences and return your self to maximum wellness and
vibrant health - emotionally, mentally and physically.
In
the final two sessions you will incorporate this work into your personal power
grail, empowering your grail with images, power objects, found objects etc,
painting or collage, and take part in a final celebration with the other
attendees.
